The Magnetti Family hold a very special tradition in pasta making. It started in 1987 when Sergio Magnetti bought a small pasta machine in Italy to make fresh pasta in Ireland. From there Mary and Sergio supplied some small deli shops with cannelloni and ravioli before opening their own restaurant in 1989.
Each week they would make all the tagliatelle and ravioli fresh and it grew from there even to supplying the large retailers. Today Sean and Marco stay true to the tradition with a unique selection of Fresh and filled pasta produced each week.
“We believe that fresh pasta delivers the best texture and cook quality that you can offer in a restaurant”.
